So I spent most of the morning in a tired but decent mood. I was not truly angry about everything…and then something caught my eye. Something that has me seething with anger and I think EVERYONE should know about! Ken Buck who is running in the Colorado Senate race convinced a rape victim that not only could he not prove her case, but that the jury would write it off as ‘buyers remorse’. Now, that sounds harsh but aside from that it sounds like it could make sense in a given situation.
However, the fucking guy admitted that he realized he had done something wrong TO THE POLICE after it happened. They had it on record that she said no while he was in the act and yet…it is all on the victim in this case. Because they were lovers instantly means it will be hard to convince a jury in this case he raped her…while she was passed out drunk.
FUCK THAT! This guy also said he does not support abortion in the case of rape! SO YOUR SAYING THAT IF THIS GIRL GOT PREGNANT DUE TO BEING RAPED, NOT ONLY WOULD YOU NOT SUPPORT HER TO GO TO COURT FOR IT BECAUSE THEY WERE LOVERS…EVEN THOUGH HE ADMITTED TO WRONG DOING…YOU WOULD MAKE HER KEEP THE CHILD?!
