LIGHTNING ROUND!

Ok!  We have a lot to get to in this news week so lets hop right into it:

1.  How can we trust him with our money if he can't handle his own?

It seems the tea party darling from Alaska is also in some hot water.  Republican Joe Miller finally put in his financial disclosure papers which were due in April and..they are frightening.  The man owes his own campaign 100k and between three credit cards owes between 113k and that does not even cover his student loans!  How can we expect this 'fiscal conservative' with our money if he can't deal with his own.  He makes more than 50k a year and he STILL owes that much.  Funny how that works huh?

2.  A laundry list of bullshit:  They say they want to defend the constitution...and by defend...they mean change.

It's hilarious that there is a list of 8 people deciding they want to change the constitution.  The constitution is clearly the best in the world right up until people decide they want to get rid of anchor babies and the 17th amendment.  Oh...and the 14...and the 15 and 16th.  Funny how they can stay they want to uphold something they are declaring needs changing.

3.  When flirting goes horribly wrong:  The Alvin Greene Story

For his court case for showing a college girl porn when she did not know him or care to see porn, Alvin Greenes defense is that he wanted to hit on her.  Because every time I get turned down by a girl I flip open my droid and show her a clip of a girl getting nailed and say, "You know that could be us right...just sayin."  Because that is normal in the world he seems to live in.

4.  When the dead walk they will be really glad to have that check.(check page 4)

In a new report that was sent out by the Office of the Inspector General it seems over 70k dead people were sent $250 checks!  And a whopping 17k people who received the checks were incarcerated.  You know, the rest of us could have used that dead guy money.  It would have been nice.  Who knows, when they get over the whole being deceased thing maybe they will buy themselves a nice dinner and a new pair of shoes.

5.  It is better even though it says it's not.  I swear!

It seems like the RNC really blew it this time.  In trying to prove the point that their tax plan is better for the poor, they put out a report that...in fact shows that the democratic plan is better.  Don't you love how that works?  They still insist that they, in fact, are going to be nicer to the poor with their plan but that really does not fly when you prove the opposite at the same time.
